Warranty and Refunds

7-Day Free Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. If the product doesn't meet your expectations or if you change your mind, you can return your device for free within 7 days of receiving it. Contact our customer service team to get your free return label. Refunds cannot be offered after the 7-day period.

For pre-owned devices, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the device is undamaged, free of passcodes, iCloud/Google accounts, and any software locks (iCloud/passcode/SIM Lock, etc.). It must include all original accessories. No refunds will be given for devices showing signs of use or damage post-delivery, and such devices will be returned to you.

12-Month Warranty
OneMobile stands by the quality of the devices we sell, which is why every device comes with a free 12-month warranty. The warranty, provided either by the manufacturer or our vendors, covers repairs or replacements for any defects occurring during the warranty period at no cost to you.

Please note, however, that physical damage may void the warranty. In such cases, OneMobile can offer repair services, but the customer will be responsible for the costs.

Partial Refunds
To avoid a full return or order cancellation, OneMobile may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund when applicable. 

What is your return policy?

You must contact us within 7 days and return the item within 30 days of receiving it. If the item is held for more than 7 days, it will be deemed used, and no refund or replacement will be issued. To initiate the return process, please provide your order ID, a specific reason for the return, and the shipping tracking number.
